Lisa Bodell (@LisaBodell), futurist and CEO of FutureThink (@futurethinktank) is interviewed by Trond Arne Undheim (@trondau), futurist, author, investor, and serial entrepreneur in episode 135 of the Futurized podcast (@futurized2), the topic is Simple is the Future.

In this conversation, we talk about the productivity impact of killing bureaucracy, rules, and bad organizational habits and simplification strategies for corporations and their leaders-minimizing slides, meetings and emails to free up time.

Trond's takeaway is that to claim that the future will entail more simplicity than complexity is an unusual take. Nevertheless, there is an appeal here. Further complexity in some realms might necessitate simplicity in others. Regardless, simplicity is appealing and wonderful when it works.
