Florian is the Data Science Research Lead at Alliance to Feed the Earth in Disasters (ALLFED). They have done research on the hydrophobicity of soils, how rivers behave in Germany and the USA, possible research gaps in our understanding of climate change, exoplanet habitability, feeding everyone with seaweed and how to grow crops when we have lost all industrial infrastructure.
