Hey hey! 👋 My name is Tim Bornholdt, and I'm an entrepreneur, software developer, and podcaster.

I'm a co-founder and partner at The Jed Mahonis Group. We integrate with teams that lack mobile expertise to deliver creative mobile solutions that solve real business problems and are enjoyable to use. Some of our clients include Profile by Sanford Health, Great Clips, Green Mill, and USA CUP.

We also partner with startups to help them get off the ground and on their way toward a sustainable and profitable venture. Some of our partners include:

As a software developer, I specialize in delivering custom mobile software with an emphasis on the back end. I've been building websites since I was in first grade, so I have a lot of experience with what actually works on the Internet. I mostly focus on strategy, architecture, and user experience design these days, but I occasionally spin up a Ruby on Rails or Swift project from time to time.

As a podcaster, I host a show called Constant Variables where we explain how mobile app development works to people who see themselves as "tech people". I also edit a show called C Tolle Run where Olympian Carrie Tollefson interviews elite athletes and inspiring runners who are out there getting after it.

Before I started JMG, my jam was commercial and online video production. I was fortunate enough to create videos for several organizations including Pepsi, the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Unilever, and the Metropolitan Council.

In my free time, I enjoy running long distances (half marathons are my jam these days, but I've done a 50 miler and several marathons), hanging out with my wife and kids, and checking out new breweries. 🍻
